1 per each officer, warrant officer, and enlisted person. Issued to my father, Cpt. James P Wilson in 1969 before shipping off for his rotation at the 95th EVAC Hospital in DaNang.

    Very interesting, I love the modern font (it seems a futura) and the lay out they have used.

    We had to memorize this at West Point. #1 and # 6 were slightly altered during the early 80s to be gender neutral. I remember reciting it over and over again during winter morning formations on the Hudson River. Good times.
